oh ya., first copy the file to Drive C: then run the command prompt and type 'cd\' you should find the prompt like this 'C:\>' now you ready to compress the file .and the syntax should be like this and the file in the drive c: C:\>makecab logonui.exe you will find the compressed file in the same directory (Drive c:) if this doesn't work then you have a corrupted files in your windows

Wrong Syntax the syntax should be like this makecab logonui.exe

you can save this command in cmd file and run it after the installation attrib +r %windir%\system32\rundll32.exe but are you sure this will solve the problem?

to create the .theme file just apply you visual setting like: (Desktop background, Screen saver, Appearance, Mouse Cursors, sounds and the Visual Style you want) then right-click on desktop->properties and in Theme tab click Save as and enter a name for the theme and choose location to save it. Remark: if you will run the theme from the win directory. Save it in 'win directory->Resources->Themes' and put the desktop wallpaper in 'win directory->Web->Wallpaper' before save the theme file.
