Alright. Thanx for the help folks. It is working fine now. I just didnt think that the creative console settings would/could override the windows speakers settings. This was my first post and the forum is looking great. Keep up the good work and I look forward to contribute something positive to this community.

I am having the same problem. I have 5.1 Klipsch Pro media ultra speakers. I will go a head and try that audio console setting too and see if it works. The weird thing is that when I use the on-board audio from my Asus P5B Delux motherboard, all 5 channels work fine.
