    Many thanks Cluberti for you time. I will now try and modify to suit my needs. Can any one tell me about the other software i need to install. Where does it go in the xpcd directory? and do i need a batch file or something included in the winnt.sif to run them.

    Does anyone have a screenshot or a winnt.sif file that i could have a look at. I have been pondering making the basic setup cd and adding some apps. Not too sure in what i have to do with this. I presume that i have to copy the software installation in to my xpcd folder but what do i name the folder that i put it in. I would like to install, XP PSP8 office 2003 minus some apps Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Professional winrar to name a few. If someone could help me with the set up of these i think i could manage the rest. Many thanks in advance.
