The original CD was a Dell XP cd that has had Corporate VLK guts overwritten onto it then slipstreamed to SP2 manually some time ago.

Apologies if this is old hat, but the answers I need are quick to give I promise. I'm having trouble minting an nLite'd WinXP Pro disc. I'm getting odd behavior after I burn off each new copy. Things like Windows File Protection requiring the disc when trying to install Nvidia video drivers, and some things I select in Unattended and Tweaks simply do not integrate at all (for instance, I have the product key in the unattended settings but the last build I tested prompted for a key). Also, here is something I do not understand. The 'Last Session' function allows me to take off from my last changes, yes? So if I make customizations to the 'tweaks' section, and later load up that session, those checkboxes should be saved? But when I get to the screen that allows me to select which operations I want, they are all de-selected (red dot). When I select them and procede forward, some sections retain my changes, and some are blank even though I remember making changes in that session that I am presumably continuing. Also, the Unattended setup warns me that there are settings there that will be overwritten no matter how clean an installation source I make. Is this normal? My nLite build is not aggressive at all, maybe 10MB smaller than usual with a few packages thrown in. This is very frustrating because I have used nLite in the past without trouble to do the same thing. Thank you.
