  1. Windows XP resistry

    I Have been backing up (exporting) the resistory in WinXP PRO sp2. Using option "Registration files (*.reg) There hasn't been any errors or problems saving the file. The problem comes when I try to import the *.reg file. error "Can not import *. Not all data was sucessfully written to the registry. Some keys are open by the system or other processes" I would like to find out possible what I am doing wrong or not doing Thanks in advance

    Hello everyone. I would like to introduce myself. I am just a old geizer with a little knowledge and struggling to find my way around and trying to stay out of trouble.
