same site... windows.com just goes to microsoft.. it dont matter, same thing happens.

I just installed IE7 from windows.com and after restarting my comp when i went into IE and tried to type things into the address bar or press on the standard buttons i got this error... "The requested lookup key was not found in any active activation context" i also couldn't get into help in the start menu to do a restore, I had to start in safe mode to fix it up... I have xp sp2 which i got with my new comp, its real... WTF?!?!
