Since this is my first build I will need all the help I can get. I have done a lot of research, including here, but it is very confusing to the novice builder. Most of what I find here and at other sites lean toward the gamer. Since I am not a gamer, I find myself a little handicapped in putting this together. Not being a gamer, I do not plan to overclock. I will use the computer for internet, email, recording TV movies, photo storage, etc. I also a download a lot of music and applications. Any recommendations will be appreciated. Will all this work together compatibly? Is there a cheaper, as good, monitor? 2. Could I do better with memory? 3. Recommend a good CD/DVD Rom? 4. Keyboard & mouse-good choice? 5. I have a couple of external USB harddrives for storage. The 80 GB drive is for Vista Ultimate and programs. 6. Not a gamer, but will do video recording. Is the Video card ok to do? 7. Anything else? Thanks in advance for all comments.
