Hello, Until today i could run MSN Messenger and start a video and/or Audio conversation with success. Today i got no chance to start any conversation Video, Audio, I can't even run Audio/Video Tuning Wizard although i did not "touch" any config option of messenger. I tested my webcam and Audio board, they works fine. I uninstall (twice) Messenger 6.2, reboot and install it again without success. I uninstall Messenger 6.2, reboot and install Messenger 7 (beta)without success too. When I try to Start an Audio conversation i got "We are having technical difficulties accessing the audio and video capabilities of your computer. Please restart MSN Messenger and try again." error message. When I try to Start an Video conversation i got "The invitation to this video conversation was not sent because (Anyone) is using an older version of Messenger that does not support this feature" error message. When I try runing the Audio/Video Tuning Wizard I got "We are unable to run Audio/Video Tuning Wizard at this time." error message. Thanks for any help coucou

Hi Yzöwl It' "half" working now. By launching the dirlist on H:\1 Derniers Download\D-Link\ folder, i get the Syntax error message here enclosed. In fact it generate a D-Link_List.txt file in the main folder H:\1 Derniers Download\ while it looking for H:\1 Derniers Download\D-Link\1_List.txt in the folder to be Dirlisted as thje error shown. Hi, @Yzöwl and totoymola: I do red all this thread and even tested the totoymola, Afterdawn and Yzöwl dirlist files. I would say infact the totoymola dirlist write the file as FolderName_CONTENTS LIST.TXT in the Main Folder root which is very nice. The AfterDawn dirlist need 2 files (.reg + .cmd) 2 much! The Yzöwl dirlist.inf I prefer this one because it's the offer the UnInstal from Add /Remove Programs and easy UA install. However i wonder the mix of Yzöwl and totoymola. But, as my inf knowledge is limited, i do not dare to modify it. Moreover, It is possible to get the file size close to each file??? Regards coucou

Just Great TNX all DirList team However, 1) just to confirm if it's working right. By right-click on a folder, a) a DOS window (cmd.exe) is opened, b) a DirList.txt file is saved in the concerned folder c) the DirList.txt file is opened by Noepad 2) BTW, I do not like having dirlist.txt as folder/directory name. Is there an issue to get something like FolderName_List??? Regards coucou

Hi all, I tested few registry apps and fianly I've choiced Registry Workshop. It have many functions: Compare, Defragment, Backup and Restore Registry. Moreover, I tested "Find" and "Export" for Roxio (v7) registry. I got with other apps a 1,5MB file with many doubled lines when Registry Workshop gave 300KB clean file. Unfortunately i can't UA/silent installing it. Does anybody know what are the swithed for silent install??? Regards couco

Thank you ALL (Astalavista, evilvoice, keytotime)!!! I had success to totaly silent install w/o 7z extraction display 1) @keytotime: i tested yr config.txt+7zS.sfx files - config.txt OK - 7zS.sfx still display the 7z extract. I had to generate a new 7zS.sfx by following this guide where you're involved too, then i compressed it to 7zSC.sfx it by using upx... It works!!! 2) Now i have something strange. nero does not register the serial number, i must entering it manualy after the install. What more starnge is, last week i prepared a nero archive following this evilvoice guide (with the nero.cmd), tested it working many times (except the 7z extraction display problem). Today, i installed it again... same problem is not registering the serial number too. Cheers coucou

@evilvoice: I included the command in the cmd file but i do not include the cmdow file inside the nero.7zx archive because i've it in "c:\windows\system32 folder".Should i include the cmdow file inside the nero.7zx archive too??? @Astalavista: do u mean if the cmd file is converted then the 7z extration bar displayed and a DOS windows opened and closed about the end of the installation will be hiden??BTW, it is possible to open and mofify the converted (cmd to exe) file? or should i reopen the cmd file modify it and reconvert it? Hi, I’m newbie in WPI and have no experience with java. That being said, I’m very motivated to use it because, as much I red and learned on this forum, WPI it’s exactly what I need. I’ve already prepared my WinXP + apps UA (winnt.sif, cmdlines.txt, RunOnceEX.cmd prepare.cmd, cleanup.cmd and regtweak.reg) and I plan to run it from a DVD. Well, hope i not bothering you... I red too much and I’m completely confused. Here bellow my folder structure. All my apps are installed in “Software” folder. and here an example of a command line from my RunOnceEx.cmd REG ADD %KEY%\100 /VE /D "7-Zip Archive Utility" /f REG ADD %KEY%\100 /V 1 /D "%cdrom%\Software\7zip\7z414b.exe /S" /f As I don’t like using the “[GuiRunOnce] %systemdrive%\” I much prefer using RunOnceEx. 1) Where do I need to install WPI??? Can I install it on XPCD_SP2\Software\WPI? 2) Do I still need RunOnceEX file after config.js translation ? 3) Where do i put the call command for wpi.cmd or wpi.exe (Astalavista), in cmdlines.txt?RunOnceEX? or should I call it from install.cmd? 4) How do i call Regtweak.reg, cleanup.cmd and other commands in cmdlines.txt Hope someone here will be kind to enlighten me and give the first help to start. Hi, I finished my UA CDROM and start the UA installation. As I plan installing WinXP + apps UA on several computers, I just realized that for several reasons I will not install all the apps on all computers. Since I’m NOT a coder, I’m looking for a utility which (after the WinXP install and 1st reboot) display all the existing apps in my RunOnceEx.cmd file or on “%CDROM%\Software\” subfolders and enable to select apps to be installed.
