Hi, I had success with the Silent install of Webroot SpySweeper 3.5 "SpySweeper.exe /VERYSILENT /SP-" /f COPY "install.dat" \"%programfiles%\Webroot\Spy Sweeper\" /Y" /f when the install.dat is the registration code. I tested today the silent install of Webroot SpySweeper 4.01 with the same switches above without success. Infact, the install start runnung then is idle. I trried with "/SILENT" switche to display the installation progress... the install asking for "regsiteration code". I tried copying "install.dat" in "%programfiles%\Webroot\Spy Sweeper" first, and then ran "SpySweeper.exe /VERYSILENT /SP-". No success too, the install still ask for the registration code. As SpySweeper 4.01 is packaged with Inno Setup 5.08, does this version have any extras switches to enter the registration code??? Or is there any way to bypass that??? TNX for any help coucou

Hi, I got success for silent install with /VERYSILENT SP- switches, but no luck with silent activation. I had to activate it manually. Moreover, i save all registry before and after the activation, compared them NADA! Looked for any new file or modified file Nothing. Does anyone find how to activate it silently??? Rgards coucou

TNX deXter, it doesn't help! As i wrote above, my .cmd file is hanging (stop) after the copydvd installed and opened... then, how could i CALL anything from it neither a second cmd or psKill. I have manually to click on "Start/Run/" then write the command "taskkill /F /IM vsostart.exe". Moreover, this .cmd (batch) file is used for test/check because i'm planning to install it Unattended with WPI. Regards coucou

ECHO Killing copytodvd3 process taskkill /F /IM vsostart.exe ECHO. In fact, i get silent install success, the copydvd program is launched and my script is hang on... No prgress forward for killing the process. I must open a second command with the same script "taskkill /F /IM vsostart.exe" to kill the process. TNX for any help coucou

I've tried /norestart, REBOOT=Suppress and REBOOT=ReallySuppress with no luck. Would appreciate any help anyone could give. Regards coucou

Hi, I "silent" installed the Inno Setup appz Red Eye Remover with red_install.exe /VERYSILENT /SP- switches. At the end of the install it connecting me to them Internet site. How do i get rid from that Web page??? Hi, I spent a lot of time looking for an SFV+MD5 creator and checker Well, I just downloaded hkSFV, and I've gott a say it's the best one. It has interesting drag/drop support. It's much more simple & intuitive. It doesn't screw up when you try to uninstall it. Is light (228k) quick and easy and free. hkSFV is just excellent. It creates an hkSFV context menu on right-click which has the options: Check file(s) Create SFV Create MD5 You can select multiple files and then just Right-Click and "Create MD5/SFV" without even launching hkSFV. In hkSFV, you can drag/drop MD5/SFV files and it will verify. You can drag/drop any other files and it will search for a MD5/SFV and attempt to verify the files. You can't drag/drop files you want to encode (because it'll just try to verity them), but when creating an MD5/SFV, you can add a whole directory at a time. Hello, I'm looking for a silent install switches of Easy SFV Creator 2.7.0 Easy to use program that creates and reads (verify) SFV files. A .SFV file contains a list of file names and special values called CRC checksums. These checksums can have a value in the range of 0 to around 4 billion (for CRC32 sums). These checksums allow files to be verified. If a file becomes corrupt during transferring, the file's checksum will be different to the checksum contained in the .SFV file. This allows .SFV programs to detect corrupt files. I've tried all switches methods Inno, Installshield, NSIS, Wise... without success. TNX for yr help coucou

Hi, Ifound few posts regarding the silent installation dBpowerAMP 10 and i try applying that to dBpowerAMP 11 . I prepared a .cmd batch file dBpowerAMP\\setup.exe "<Silent>" taskkill /F /IM MusicConverter.exe The silent switch dBpowerAMP\\setup.exe "<Silent>"OK But I can't get rid from the last screen "dMC Configuration' (here attached). I even tried the promt command taskkill /F /IM MusicConverter.exewithout success!. The only way to get it ride is to open the Task Manager (Ctrl +Alt +Sup), then ending MusicConverter.exe task or killing MusicConverter.exe process. TNX for yr help coucou

I got symantec AV + NIS allways installed (before and after).I try expressing myself again, i have symantec AV + NIS installed since few years. I start using USSF 6 months ago... working fine. At that time i tested USSF on Symantec's setup.exe files, it gave me a result of /S /v/qn switches. Since 3/4 days i used USSF to find sitches, it gave me "Sorry, unknown installer." error message very often. As i know that USSF had success to find swiches on Symantec's setup.exe, i tested it again on those Symantec's files. This time i got "Sorry, unknown installer" error message. Moreover I get this error message even my NIS disabled. Regards coucou

Hi all, I'm using USSF since while... very good tool When i have any problem with swithes, I test my known silent switches setup.exe as for "Symantec Client Security v2.0.3" and "Symantec Antivirus Corporate 9.0.3.1000" which gave me the setup.exe /S /v/qn swithes... Since yesterday I get "Sorry, unknown installer." message error with the most setup tested, even with the Symantec's setup.exe above. I tried with the new USSF version and the kelsenellenelvian's version... same error message Anybody could help??? Regards coucou
