Same thing happend here when I installed Vista, I have to use a boot cd I got from the net a while back, It suppose to fix the NTLDR missing problem, but it also worked to start my system in the mean time. I think the cd points to boot.ini and starts windows. Im gonna try repairing the mbr to see if it helps. fdisk /mbr
