  1. Error on PC

    I am getting an error every time i turn on my laptop. I don't know where its coming from and i don't know how to fix it. Can any1 help me?? I have windows xp this laptop is only 6 mos old. the error reads like this: SmartBridge Alerts MotiveSB.exe Entry Point not found The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL. any help on this problem would be wonderful.
