  1. I am befuddled. I have a user who is printing the calendars for people, but when she prints, information is missing from the printed output. It appears in the calendar and in the previews but pertinent information that is on the screen does not appear on the printout. At first, I thought it was a RAM issue, as in the machine not having enough. I replaced the computer with a newer, more capable one, and migrated the user's account. She is an executive assistant responsible for the calendars of a few individuals, and has full access to those calendars. Outlook version is 2007, SP1 If she logs into another computer the problem doesn't happen. I can try creating a new profile for the user but I'm also wondering if there are any other ideas out there. Any help is appreciated. Cheers!
  2. I have a user who is trying to schedule meetings for several people into 2008. For all the individuals required to attend the meeting, their schedules up to and including December 31 2007 have meetings booked with free time showing. From January 1 2008 forward, all the times for all the days are marked as tentative. I've tried this on my computer and get the same thing. Is there an update or patch that we need to be able to set schedules into 2008? I'm befuddled... Thanks!
  3. We've recently upgraded users to Office 2007. One of my users is having an issue with new messages in Outlook. When typing in the body of a new message, contracted words are getting spaces being put after the apostrophe. A word like "can't" when typed, winds up appearing "can' t". The moment the apostrophe is typed, the cursor jumps forward several spaces. The guilty element? It appears to be the "Notebook" stationary she's using for her messages. I changed it to nothing and then to a couple of other styles, and the spacing after the apostrophe didn't occur. I changed it back to notebook and voila, typing an apostrophe results in spaces being inserted before the next typed character. Any ideas as to why this might be? Cheers!
  4. I've been tasked with learning how to use IUB3.1; the learning curve is akin to Mount Everest but like climbing that mountain, the payoff for learning IUB ought to be a great sense of satisfaction. In addition to the comprehensive manual that comes with the program, I also found a redbook document that is something of a tutorial in terms of how to install and implement the software. I snagged it from TechRepublic (free registration required).
