Whats the problem with 2003 ? I'm rerunning xp x64 now.

Disregard the no programs folder showing up. Resolution messed it up. Log off and log back on didnt fix the windows update error. The first message that comes up says invalid parameter authenticode. Want a screen shot ?

Still same error. Also, my Program Files folder doesnt show up in the start menu. HFSLIP.zip

I get an error using windows update complaining about invalid authenticode. Then when I hit install and try to scan for updates, It says windows update error. Same updates listed in your list.

Why do most of the hotfixes have to be put into NOREG subfolder ? Just curious.

I just seen that right after i posted. Lol what an dummy. I assumed nothing was there. Will test tomorrow those and 2003. Is there any part specific you need help with or feedback ? IE7 ? HFCABs ?

How about creating a list of updates ? I will post the list I have tomorrow for xp x64.

Sorry...i get the same folders as well. I meant REPLACE, etc. I just seen in the code you don't call them. My first run through worked, no updates. Adding all updates tomorrow to see what doesnt work.

For the REPLACE folder, the winnt.sif file has to be placed into the AMD64 folder...I see folders arent created when you run hfslip for the first time. Just a FYI if ya didnt know.

You want me to use hfslip to slipstream sp2 or do it manually ?

I will start testing tomorrow i have a few machines I can test on both 2003 x64 and xp x64

I can provide testing as well, as I have a VLK of windows xp x64 and windows 2003 server x64

Do you need something tested ? I have 2k 2k3 and xp all vol license keys, I work for a school district so I can test this on different machines as well. Just let me know!

Is this hotfix supported? Just wondering if there was a quick answer instead of running through a test. Its not listed on the dynamic update page for 2003 sp2. Thanks!

So I did a fresh install again redownloaded kb935448 and ie7 just to be safe. Still comes up in windows update. The WU1.txt file has the same message. This only happens on my imac which has a sigmatel audio driver. Don't know why. If there is something you want me to check, just let me know.

Ok. Here is the WU1.txt file. I already installed the update on windows update when I ran the hfnetchk program. However, I noticed it says KB935566 isn't applied. I will reinstall today. This is done on a Mac by the way, which has a sigmatel audio driver. This is done through bootcamp. I tried through parallels, which is the virtual machine for mac, and I don't get the error with not having kb935448, but the WU1.txt is the same. I will reinstall through bootcamp today. Included is my hfslip.log file to verify. I included all updates and everything else. Used to apply before in version 1.5.0 if i remember correctly. This is my only problem. I am using version 1.6.1 by the way. Thanks! HFSLIPLOG.7z

I was getting that same error. If I recall, I either had to copy my source over again due to corruption or it had to do with addon files I was using.

Nevermind. Two of my sources must have had corrupt files or something. I recopied the sources over again and all is well again.

This is a weird error. I havent changed anything. The source has not changed. I've already hfsliped with 1.5 with no errors. I have about 6 different, seperate, hfslip sources. Where does this file come from and what does it do ? I tried googleing and found no answers. Attached is my log file. Thanks HFSLIP.7z

I can verify there is no OE icon on professional as well.

I just seen that in the changelog it says compatibility unknown. At least you know SP2 works . If there is anything you want me to check i can, as I have access to all versions, 2000, xp, 2003 SP1,SP2, and R2, and Vista business/ultimate. I work for a school district, therefore I use all versions .

Tested rc7 on win2003 enterprise SP2 using kb927891-v5-x86-enu.exe and it doesnt come up in windows update. So I assume its applied correctly.
