    I'm also experiencing this issue, I have a 2003 SP1 based RIS server and can install XP SP2 flat, however when attempting to risprep the image, i get the same errors as you. Has anyone else experienced this/seen any possible resolutions? The workstation I'm trying to riprep is a Dell GX270 with an Intel Nic Cheers! Joe
