The only reason that I noticed the date is that I was updating another PC. Normally I wouldn't have even seen the problem without closer inspection. (Sometimes, to solve a problem, all that it takes is an extra set of eyes. lol )

I think that I know what is wrong for you: Check the date/version of the update you have for KB924191. There were 2 versions released close together. The newest update is from October 19, 2006. File name: Windows2000-KB924191-v2-x86-ENU.EXE You can get the newest version here: KB924191

Attempting to slipstream/intergrate (using HFSLIP) (Thanks to the_guy for compiling the list 'o' updates.) I pretty much have everything together but the following issues: 1) KB923191 keeps appearing on WU. 2) minor: one of the update packs (I think) for .Net 1.1 prompts to reboot.
