I've been messing with ResHack for a while now and I've changed just about all the folder icons I have in there to match my theme, however there is one small one still bugging me: That little icon in the corner doesn't seem to want to change even after I've used TweakUI to rebuild the icons. I've scoured shell32.dll and I'm not sure where else to look to edit this icon, any help is appreciated, thanks!

I've been browsing through shell32.dll with ResHacker for a while looking for the icon used for .zip/.rar files, and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I should look to replace the icon used for .zip files? Thanks in advance. (Windows XP Pro SP2)

After you replace the icons in shell32.dll (and possibly explorer.exe) use TweakUI to rebuild the icon cache and then your icons will change.

Not sure if you are still having trouble changing your Recycling Bin icon, but here's an easy way to do it: Right-click on your desktop, go to Properties, Desktop tab, then click Customize Desktop. Under the General tab, you'll see a sidescrolling list of icons. Select your Recycle Bin and click Change Icon (for both Full and Empty). Simple!
