hi, I'm trying to integrate some packard bell drivers that are packaged with installshield. But it doesn't result. No matter wat i do, it keeps rebooting. I've tried the install with the -R command, autoit, just using a batch file...runonceex...and i just keeps rebooting or asking if i want to reboot. Can anyone help me... I've been checking the setup.iss created with the install with the -R command. And there is a piece where it think might be the solution. It's this piece... BootOption=3 [{E146D219-59C1-42B0-99C0-F6D1D6CEF000}-DlgOrder] Count=0 maybe someone understands it...and can help me...

tnx...it works now... Now i'm tryng to get it to install from dvd with runonceex.cmd. My runonceex launches as told the office.cmd(the batch script). But the batch script gives me the error that it could not find the setup.exe. So i checked this and setup.exe is there. this is my batch for office: echo Installation de Microsoft Office 2003... start /wait "Instalando office 2003" %CDROM%\APPS\Office2003\SETUP.exe TRANSFORMS=%CDROM%\APPS\Office2003\Unatended.MST /qb echo. SETUP.exe is written the exact same way on the cd... Can someone help me with this, or does anyone knows a better way to install office from the cd? PLease help..

But when i try to launch the .cmd which is the batch command for office i get another .cmd screen which asks if i want to terminate the.............("trabajo por lotes") I use a spanish xp, so i get the message in spanish and i do not know how translate it. i already tried it in Virtual pc and vmware. So ill start over again i guess it's the only thing i can do.

I get the error: I found out that is has something to do with not supported hardware...but i have always installed xp on my pc without problems. Here is more info: translated it makes something like: The isntallation program cannot establish a conexion with the necesary windows xp configuration. hi, I have gotten a silent switch for ares, and it works just fine. But after the installation ares starts up, and i would like to know how i can stop this. I want to make sure that ares doesn't start up after installation. Does anyone knows how i can do this?

hi, I am creating an unantended xp, i am using unantendedxp to create it. Now i'm adding my programs, and there are a few programs in it that don't work. 1. Adobe reader 7 It goed all fine, untill the first setup screen. Then it stops going unatended, and i have to click. 2. Clonedvd The samething happens as with adobe reader, it asks me to select the language...etc... 3. OO Defrag Pro When i try to add it to the list with programs, it gives me the error that it can't find OODefragPro in my appswitch.dat. While it is in there, and my folder has the correct name. 4. Winrar Everithing goed ok. But when installing from runonceex tester, it shows a .cmd screen. And later i find out it has been installed, but it does'nt appear in the "remove or add" program list. Below i place a piece of my appswitch.dat, of the 3 apps mentioned above. I hace checked the apps folders more then 3 times, and compared it with appswitch.dat Can anyone help me? hi, i've used the search tool on this forum, for a working autoit script for nero 7.2.03b. But i don't get it to work. I've already looked around here at msfn and tried a few found scripts..but i don't get them to work. 2. Nero-7.2.0.3b_esp_no_yt.au3 And in the Nero-7.2.0.3b_esp_no_yt.au3 almost everything goed ok, but the only thing is that it doesn't goes unattended complete, only partially. For example first screen, goed unattended. Second screen with the licence i have to check the box and click...and so it goes on...some screens go unattended an others not. Can anyone please help me with these or 1 of these scripts, or tell me whats wrong? I've put them as an attachement in this post. Nero_7.2.0.3b_esp_no_yt.au3

hi, i'm integrating my apps to my unatended xp. The xp is in spanish, most of the programs i want to integrate have the option to set the language to spanish. How can i make sure, that when i execute a batch file og a program it installs the app in spanish? Can i do this with my batch file? For example when you install Ccleaner manualy you get the option to choose a language. How can i set this in my unatended instal to choose this language, and not inglish?

hi, I hope im posting at the right forum, because i was not sure where to put it. i've created an unatended cd with office 2003, and at the moment is is on my hd. But every file, (specialy the batch file) now have paths to %sytemdrive%...........etc. But when i burn the cd the part of "%systemdrive%"...... etc isn't good anymore , because the %sytemdrive% refers to my c:\ drive and not to the cd from which it finally will instal... is this right?

hi, i've created an advanced office instalation with a .mst file. Which i called unattended. But what i donn't understand clearly is in the last screen where you the command line to run, you have to change it. But in the line itself i can't change it in that screen where can you change this or is this only for in the batch file Oww...i created a batch file. And placed it in the oem, $1\installation folder. But when i try to execute it i says : cannot find c:\install\applications\office2003\setup.exe. While the setup .exe is in the office 2003 folder. This is the baych file code, it is the same as in the guide ECHO. hi, I am integrating the drivers to my xpcd. I am doing this with driverbase, and the driverpacks. It starts integrating, but i always get the error: could not backup I386\winnt.sif I am trying to put them on a win xp pro sp2. Anyone how to resolver this?
