Sleepstalker

I've used wininstall le to make a few installation packages. It works fine for making the package, but for some reason whenever I open an application installed with a wininstall package a "Preparing to install" box pops up on my screen and the bar goes across a few times and than goes away. This happens everytime I run the program, and it happens on all programs I've installed from wininstall packages. It's almost like the programs try to do a repair everytime I run them. I'm not sure what's going on. Anyone else have this/know a wininstall setting I can use to turn this off when making a package?

I use the pskill utility to kill several processess during my install. However, it doesn't seem to work on internet explorer. Several programs open up html pages during install. One of my programs won't install if internet explorer windows or open so my install stops and I have to close all the windows myself for setup to continue. How can I automattically kill all the internet explorer windows. I tried using pskill on iexplorer.exe, but it didn't work.
