1)The guest was not able to connect I got him connected to SSID, he was getting a valid IP of 10.1.0.43, and he was connected to SSID. His browser said," Network server engine report Host is un reachable or DNS server couldnot resolve the DNS name. Added to the MAc filter, same error. 2)gave static settings for Preffered and Secondry DNS, gave the same error. 3)able to ping our default gateways and the public web IP of gateway just fine. 4)was even able to ping yahoo.com properly through command prompt. 5)I went for Ipconfig/flushdns and ipconfig/registerdns, completed successfully. 6)gave the same error, it was strange he was not able to browse to YAhoo.com even after i gave him the Resolved IP for yahoo to be enterned in the address bar of I.E, that needs no DNS, but it gave the same error. 7)I checked his Firewall, but there was no firewall enabled on his computer. in addition he stated he was connected ysterday without any problem in another property. HE is using Linksis external wireless adapter What is the solution?
