Thank you for replying Ctrl-X, I have a DFI LanParty Ultra-D motherboard, so they are all connected to the NVidia controller. I've decided to just start over, from scratch, and try adding things one at a time (regtweaks, RunOnceEX, etc.) to see who the culprit is. It will take time, especially since I no longer trust my VMWare results to be accurate in a real world situation. That's the beauty of three hard drives, right? I can use my third drive to format and install XP as many times as it takes. I started with a basic unattended including SP2, then removed a bunch of clutter and added SATA/RAID drivers. That was a success. Today, I plan on adding my regtweaks. Cross your fingers. Thanks again and if you have any ideas or tips, let me know. I'm always looking to improve my install.

Hi Everyone, I've been tinkering with unattended XP pro installs for several years now and I have my current version tweaked nicely. However, I can't figure out what I've done to cause two of my three hard drives to be dropped completely during installation. Everything runs through smoothly, all my apps install, my tweaks are great, but only my system drive is available. Nothing I do from inside Windows allows me to activate the drives. Any ideas what I've done wrong? My system consists of two DVD-RW and three SATA2 HDDs (1 250 G Western Digital and two 80 G Seagate). Only the one Seagate shows up in "My Computer" after install completes. I use the following line in RunOnceEx.cmd to assign a drive letter to my DVD drive: FOR %%i IN (D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z) DO IF EXIST %%i:\CD.txt SET CDROM=%%i: Could this be part of the problem. I've never used this method before. Do I need to add additional lines for my hard drives? Thanks, Nigel.
