  1. Word Document Attachments in Outllook 03

    I am running in an odd issue, I have a client who whenever he opens a Word document in Outlook 2003 the Word document opens in the "Reading Layout" view where he wants these attachments to open in the "Normal View". When saving the attachment from the email and opening it from the PC it opens normally. It does not matter what email, what Word document attachment, if it is opened from Outlook it opens in the "Reading Layout" view. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions on how to change this please let me know! Thank You, Paul
