hi there i`m new to this forum so sorry if i`ve posted this query in the wrong forum. i recently bought a new mobile and when i connect to my laptop via usb i get the message that a usb device is unrecognised or malfunctioning. the phone charges fine via usb. i run xp home service pack 2 any help would be greatly appreciated. regards cedric
