  1. Outlook 2002 unable to open default email folders

    Installing office xp on xp home. error message that "outlook unable to open default email folders. Could not open the item." Outlook then offers to open the default systems folder instead. all of the other programs, Excel, Word,etc seem to work normally. how do i solve this problem Does Office xp Pro run on win xp home os?
