hey guys im in need of some major help im a college student and something is messing round on my laptop im running windows xp home and i dont no what it is every time i open a document or any program asociated with typing i get the following msg: SMART UI 32-bits gateway error can't load SMART Utilities (code 999) error preforming impage operation i though my printer caused this problem so i un hooked it and it still does it. i also got this msg when i unhooked my printer. am im not sure but i think this problem is causing the computer not to do a system restor and i cant get into the device manager and when i got to control pannel it says theres some error but loads up. any help in solving the problem would be very very much appreciated as i am in school and need this laptop to work and cant afford to reformat the comp to to assignments on the computer plz help and thank you for ur time
