can anyone suggest a solution to this one? customer installation of windows xp pro keyboard layout is set to USA when attempting to change keyboard layout there are only a few options and United Kingdom keyboard layout/IME is missing........... HUH? (see attachment for screenshot) what files/dll's/etc are necessary to copy from CD (or however) to re-enable the UK keyboard option in the keyboard language drop-down box? tried reinstall/repair over the original installation but no joy.... anyone with any ideas (sensible answers that dont involve formatting please) ???? many thanks
