  1. Adding SATA to existing SMS 2003 Image (WIM format)

    Hi ! A little problem: I have an already finished image made by SMS & Sysprep. This image is deployed to our desktops and notebooks. Now we will get new hardware (Siemens Lifebook S7110) including an SATA driver. I have tested the current image on the new notebook. As a result, the image will only work when i disable the AHCI function in BIOS. My question: Is it possible, to integrate (or to include it just fpr installation) the needed SATA driver without creating a new one ? I have heard that manipulating the winnt.siff could be the right way ? Thanks a lot!! Christoph DUesmann
