Hello all: I was trying to update my drivers using a microsoft recommended site called drive headquarters, after running the update program it told me my sound, video drivers needed to be updated. I selected and away I went, it was a driver from Realtek, but when it started to update it said that the software wasn't signed by Microsoft, I said continue and then it went directly to blue screen saying windows shut down. the file on the blue screen is portcls.sys. I have not been able to find the old drive in my system, what can I do to reinstall the old drive or get this one to work. I currently have no sound on my computer. Thanks Kent
