Aparrently this is a service that may have been used by previous owner and no longer available. I found what you were talking about. I think it is either part of Dell when it was new or the internet AOL the owner was using...anyway it is not accessable anymore....

When I click on the start menu in Win Xp Service Pack 2, Even after a complete reinstall of this off a brand new download CD a few days ago.../ When I click on/Start then the Topic "Help and Support" which is just below"Set Programs.." and Just above the "Search" menu I get a box up the says "Windows cannot open H&P because Service is not running. To fix this problem, start the service named "Help and Support" Can anyone explain this? Is this a Dell thing or a Windows IE6 thing. I did find some files in a Search with this but no instructions that will allow me to install these files. I have been all in Windows Home searching for a solution to this to no avail. Other than that it might be free help and something about downloading a program called "Guide Help"...naturally I cant find the download for that... LOL So now I am Dixie for all my frustrations........ Remember I am an old lady and if you give me instructions it must be in "OldLady" language.... Thanks a bunch for lending an ear..... GSPack

Yipee I found another site to get me thru to the next Windows Changes!!!!! I am a Newly Wed (6yrs) Disabled Grandmother of 6(one of which I have raised since she was 3mo old now 6yrs) Grandchildren Therefore the Nickname of GSPack....ie GrannySixPack...OOPs now I will have to change all my Users Names to GTPack since I am looking forward to a set of twins and a single before the year is out.. I live in the State of American Idols Winners: Go Ruben, BoBice and Whoa "Taylor Hicks" not to mention Carrie Underwood was born Here! I really think ALabama Has Talent!!!! Anyway I live in the country 30' from my Inlaws(Poor me) Just north of Birmingham Al..along with my DH, DGD and 3Faithfull companions Wilma, Fred and "28". Because I am a SAHG(Grandmother) the computer and the internet has become my clutch of Cyber-|Friends. Trust me I do do other things..Gardening(Veggie) Reading (Stephen King etc) the Dreaded Housework and taking care of my Granddaughter....... I just cant always understand the knuck and crannys of these puters and I just came off using Win 98SE for the last 5 years and now have a new/used Dell Demension Tower with Wion XP Home Edition Service Pack 2.
