I am a happy Paragon Hard Disk Manager user. I spotted this info on 911cd.

You can download a so-called Special Edition of Paragon Hard Disk Manager from here:

All legit, needless to say. I downloaded a copy and installed it.

I don't really know how it differs from the regular "personal" version, though.

Allegedly it's the personal edition just re-branded "SE", although the download version doesn't come with the linux recovery iso.
