Hi,

I readed a couple of topics and (ms) pages

( http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/referen...xp/xp-lcid.mspx , http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/DrIntl/...ales.mspx#ques8 , http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?act=At...e=post&id=4478)

But i'm still not convinced of what i'm doing.

Can anyone check to see if i entered my [RegionalSettings] correct. I want my keyboard to be U.S. International and the language of Windows to be Dutch, and although MS explains in one of the pages what System- and UserLocale are, i am also pretty unsure about what i should fill in there.

Thanks

[RegionalSettings]
LanguageGroup = 1
InputLocale = 0409:00000409
InputLocale_DefaultUser = 0409:00000409
Language = 0413
SystemLocale = 0413???
UserLocale = 0413???
UserLocale_DefaultUser = 0413???

-edit-

info:

The unattended install wich i'm trying to get working concerns Windows XP Pro SP2

This is the list of locale IDs. According to the list the Dutch locale is 0413, and you've got this. So, your section should look something like

[RegionalSettings]
LanguageGroup = 1
SystemLocale=00000413
UserLocale=00000413
InputLocale=0409:00000409,0413:00000413

As a result you'll have (line by line)

Western languages support (not neccessary as it's installed by default anyway)

Language for non-Unicode programs - Dutch

Standards and Formats - Dutch

Keyboard layouts enabled: English and Dutch. The former will be the default one for entering user passwords and/or upon logon.

From Microsoft KB289125 :

Language - This setting specifies the language that is installed. If this setting is specified, the SystemLocale, InputLocale, and UserLocale settings are ignored.

I've been having problems with an unattended install using unattend.txt, where I want English-UK but end up getting an install with both English-UK and English-US with the location of United States.
