FilipT Posted June 17, 2007 Posted June 17, 2007 I have a following problem with my Outlook Today. I've been searching for the answer thoughout Google but came with nothing so far.It started without any clear reason - I mean I didn't install any new software short before the problem occured. The problem is that my Outlook Today doesn't work - I get the following message: Cannot display the website. It looks like it is some more general problem with IE. In the bottom of this message it says: Cannot find server or DNS error. It started on Office 2002, then I installed Office 2003, and the problem remained unsolved.I tried disabling firewall (Sygate), antyvir (Avast), I reset the Internet Explorer settings, History, tmp and cookies.I tried connecting with my mobile modem to the internet, and still nothing.Of course I tried to repair the outlwvw.dll, but I also didn't help.I am afraid that I am gonna have to reinstall whole system to fix it and I don't like this idea.Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?Thanks in advance!
FilipT Posted June 17, 2007 Author Posted June 17, 2007 I have managed to step a little bit forward with solving my problem.I succeeded in displaying the Outlook Today site in outlook by putting the address of the outldwvw.dll in the address toolbar in Outlook.Once or twice I even got the particular items displayed there, but usually it is just empty Outlook Today display. On loading it I get the runtime error which is related to the following line:document.all.dateScript.innerHTML = window.external.GetDate();When I am in the Microsoft Script Editor however I cannot change anything in this file. What can I do?
