New Emails Don't Automatically Show Up in Inbox

Until yesterday, whenever I would retrieve new emails via POP, the new emails would automatically show up in my Inbox. Yesterday, I activated the Unread Mail search folder and ever since then, whenever I retrieve new emails and if I am in my Inbox, I need to click to another folder and then go back to Inbox to see the new emails. I deleted my Unread Mail search folder and that didn't make a difference.

I am using Outlook 2007.

Thoughts?
