Since the files are very big, I can't send all files together. I have made distribution list of all my clients. Now what I am looking for is that my outlook should take one by one file and send to each client but my subject should show something "FILE 1 OF 200" for first one and the number keep increase when takes the second files. Kelsenellenelvian Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 Sure package the files into a rar, zip or 7z file (Use zip though it is more common.)Then go here -->http://www.mytempdir.com/Browse to your file and choose "Host it" it will take a long time depending on the speed of you internet connection.Once it s upladed you will get a url address for your file. Simply send that to url to your friends

Is there any other way where we write any VB codes or something else and outlook take files from particular folder and mention file sequence number at email subject.thanks for your supportmithani
