Copy a user's profile and documents

I have 1 user with 2 user accounts. My idea is to allow this user to have 2 accounts (one for XP and one for Vista) but to allow them to use the same "my documents" and H drive (home drive) when he logs on or at least for his H drive and documents to be copied over and analysed so any documents that have not been copied to one folder will be copied to the other folder. Hopefully that makes sense. Any recommendations?

Since Vista and XP profiles are entirely incompatible, the only way to get the profiles to share the documents folder is to do folder redirection for the shell folders you need shared.
