Hi, i have a windows XP x64 SP2, yesterday i have problems with the energy suply and my pc shutdown (ups failed), now the url shortcup, http, https, not open. For example when i double click over internet shorcut apear a message error, and the links from email in the thunderbird or url from other programs no open.

I need help please.
