Automatically forward emails that are stored in a folder

Newbie here, hope I'm not asking for the impossible.

I need to ensure that a colleague of mine is copied on all emails to certain customers (and only those), but I don't want to have to remember to include the address in the CC or BCC line every time.

I currently use a piece of software called Speedfiler to save outgoing mail into specific folders to help with tracking and save me from having to trawl through the sent items folder to track things down and then file them. Is it possible to create a rule (I couldn't work out how to do it from the rules wizard) that automatically forwards emails that are/when they are saved to certain folders?
