alexberg333 Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 I can't get into e-mail through Outlook. When I open Outlook, an error message appears: "Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close." I attempted to download the Outlook 2003 Business Contact Manager update from the Microsoft website, but the installation failed more than once. I have updated to IE 7.0, as recommended by Office Online, but no luck yet with Outlook. Please help!
