someone make xp cd can auto install drivers when the os install completed , but VIA 4in1 drivers has some different.

Well it's nothing special. First extract it to your harddisk using winrar. Now copy all drivers from various folders of extracted directory(INF, IDE, ...) to a single directory for example $OEM$\1\drv\VIA and add drv\via to your OemPnpDriversPath section of your winnt.sif.

but VIA 4in1 has several .inf ,use which one?

they're seperated in different folders, so with the method shown by amirali, use:

OemPnPDriversPath="drv\VIA\WinXP;drv\VIA\IDEWinXP" and probably the AGP folder, but I'm not entirely sure.
