[Help] Modify the LogonScreen for WinXP

Hello, excuse me if im spam'ing but i didnt find any topic that could help me. maybe i just didnt understand any of them

I want to insert the logotype of the company i work for, on the Up&Left corner of the regular windows xp logon screen. This is for some publicity purposes. I tried with a software called LogonStudio, but i didnt get the way to insert the logo image so i uninstalled it, if someone can help me i would appreciate it. In the end i would like to be something like this:

I dont know if i explain myself very well, im venezuelan and i dont know very much how to write in english
