Change "check disk" window

Can any body tell me how to change Check Disk (chkdsk) windows shows just after Boot Screen when windows was not properly shutdown.

Default is blue colour. I want to change it's colour or background.

I have already changed the title of check disk windows. Which is located in same file for Boot Screen.

So please any suggestion to change the chkdsk window.
