WMEades Posted May 24, 2007 Posted May 24, 2007 I am a psychotherapist who uses Outlook 2003. What I would like to be able to do is automatically have my Outlook Calendar send a follow-up email to a client after I have a session with that client. Is there a way for me to automate this process? Ideally, it would happen like this.1. I have Sam scheduled in my Outlook Calendar for an appointment at 10 next Tuesday.2. At 11:00 on that Tuesday, the Calendar would automatically send Sam an email which asks a few basic questions that I would like Sam to respond to while our session is still fresh on his or her mind.It occurs to me that this could also be accomplished, perhaps, by having the Calendar automatically send an email using the invite attendees function when I schedule the next appointment. Can anyone out there tell if and how I can do this?ThanksWes in Waco
