OCT settings for Privacy Options and Microsoft Updates

Hi everyone I have a question regarding OCT user settings for Outlook 2007. What I want to find out is if there is a way to automaticly set up the Privacy Options as well as Microsoft updates options in the OCT? this is the prompt that usualy comes up with the first use of MS Outlook 2007. I attached a file with screen shots, and any help is appreciated.

Hey I figured this out so for those of you who want to know here are the areas you modify in OCT to configure those areas.

1. Online Content Page

2. Enable Customer experiance Improvement Program

3. Automatically recieve email updates to improve reliability

All thise can be adjusted according to prefrence and will get rid of the privacy options that show up on the first run of outlook.

*edit- These are all found in the "Modify user settings>Microsoft Office 2007 system" the sub folders are in "Tools>Online Content" and "Privacy>Trust Center" section.
