Hi I am trying to write pictures to a CD. When I put the CD in the CD drive dialog box don’t come up. So I go to my computer and right click the D: drive and right click properties and go to the autoplay tab. Select ‘blank CD’ from the drop down menu. Then I click the button to select an action to perform, in that box I select the ‘Open writable CD folder using windows explorer’ and nothing happens. Explorer doesn’t open. So then I went to explorer and opened up the pictures that I wanted to copy to CD in the right box and tried to drag them to the D: drive, and get an error message box saying D:\ is not accessible, Incorrect function. Can someone tell me how I can make a CD with these pictures? Thanks Tim

Hmmm...I've had the same problem with mine (not just for pics, but trying to use the built-in CD burning feature in general)--but NERO still works, so I just use that.

Even still, I'd be interested to see if anyone can shine some light?

Have you disabled any services or removed anything using nLite?

I can say that I haven't (at least not on the instance I'm speaking of).

Personally I always use Nero or some other 3rd party recording sw (there are free ones).

Same here, so it's not a big deal to me, I just found it really strange.
