Hi all

In order for external emails to be sent in our company, users have to begin

the subject line with particular text, for this example, we'll say that the

text is the users initials.

I have set up a ‘new email’ template with my initials pre-inserted in the subject

line, but this obviously can't be used when replying/forwarding to an email

or a meeting request. How can i pre-insert text automatically for email

replies/forwarding or meeting requests?
