Can someone provide any ideas to my problem.

I have a Win 2003 server with two nics. 1st nic is connectted to internet as follows ( IP. 10.200.3.100, SM. 255.255.255.0, GW 10.200.3.1) and second card is to connected to my internal network (IP. 192.168.0.10, SM 255.255.255.0; GW. 192.168.0.1) As it is I cannot connect to internet unless I remove my internal gateway but when I do that I cannot route internally. If I remove my external gateway (internet Nic) obviously I can not get to the internet.

How can I resolve this issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You cannot have multiple gateways if a machine is used for routing. You should configure a GW only on the external interface, and configure everything else using the ICS wizard, or install RRAS. Windows does NOT like multiple gateways.
