Small problem with updating F-secure

Disclaimer, I'm a total newbie when it comes to these things

Okey, first here is what I did to install everything

start /wait %systemdrive%\Install\FS6\setup.exe /silent

ECHO.
ECHO Patching F-Secure folder
ECHO Please wait...
xcopy "%systemdrive%\Install\FS6\admin.pub" "%systemdrive%\Program\F-Secure\common" /S /Y

ECHO.
ECHO Updating F-Secure with new virus definitions from May 18, 2007
ECHO Please wait...
start /wait %systemdrive%\Install\FS6\fsupdate.exe /silent

Everything works great until I log on to Windows when the auto-updater says that my virus defenition is very old so I close that Window and after a few secs the definition gets updated.

So my question is, any simple way to solve this little annoyance?
