Help - putting programs in users's startup

How can we have programs startup each time the user log's on to his system after the clean setup .

i can have programs installed thru gui runonce but i want those programs to run at startup of all user's .

You can drop the shortcuts into the All Users's startup group. That way they'll start at the login of any user.
