pannujat
Hi all,I was able to get the configuration sets working on RAID set and all was working good.I suddenly started having issues with whole Winpe setup. Here is what is happening. The Master computer boots up fine with the customized winpe CD for Network and Raid drivers. Intel 1000 and Intel SATA ICH7DH RAID. It does all the steps likeInstalling Hardware devicesSetting Display ResolutionPartitioning DisksStarting NetworkingWhen it gets to Installing Configuration set it gives this errorFactory.exeCant authenticate to Server: Incorrect function.I tried different username/password combinations, different network cables, switch. And network ports no luck.I also booted winpe and see that it gets the DHCP IP and also can see under DHCP leases under DHCP Server. One thing I can ping from the Master to technician computer but Technician computer cannot ping the IP Master got through DHCP.Any hints or where should I look into. Any help would be great.-A

Jazkal
it might help if clarify what it is your doing. What WinPE version are you using? What are you trying to do? What do you mean by "Master computer"?
zorphnog
If its an authentication issue i would try using the domain in your username (i.e. server=master username=admin would be username=master\admin). I don't know how you are trying to authenticate to whatever server you are trying to connect to, but I have experienced authentication issues when using the "net use" command within PE and the domain name fixed it. That might work, but as Jazkal said, a better explanation of what exactly you are trying to do would help.
