I am having a lot of problems sending emails to lots of people. I send newsletters to friends and family every month (around 250 people) and have wanted to use outlook to do this. I use this program called (Send2) because it allows me to send out large mailings like this and send them from the TO: separatly so the recipients don't see the others peoples email addresses and I don't have to use the BCC. The problem is that everytime I do this I get back about 30 messages like this:

Your message

To: joe blow@somewhere.com

Subject: News Update from the Tag Family

Sent: Thu, 3 May 2007 12:22:40 -0400

did not reach the following recipient(s):

joe blow@somewhere.com.com on Thu, 3 May 2007 12:28:14 -0400

There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.

<mail.ntm.org #5.5.0 smtp;550 Requested action not taken: mailbox

unavailable>

Why do I get these messages? Is there something I can do different? Does anyone know a way to send out emails like I do without using Send2? Is there a better outlook add-on to do this? Anyone with some advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
