Merging outlook appointment data to word

Hi all,

My question:

Is it possible to create a appointment in outlook calandar for myself and a client to meet at a location and have the date time location merged into a word document to send via letter (post mail) nicely formatted. I seemed to have run into a wall trying to figure out how to do this
